How can I cancel my VPN subscription?

VPN cancellations are processed automatically and in order to ensure that the user requesting the cancellation is an authorized user, all cancellation must be request from our billing portal:

Here are the simple steps needed for cancellation request:

  • login with your billing account at , you can also request a password reset from this page you don't remember your password on
  • after you logged in click on "Services"->"My services" menu link at the top of the page and you'll see the list of your VPN services
  • click on the  button at the right of the VPS you want to cancel
  • in the top menu you will see the "Management actions"->"Request Cancellation" button
  • briefly describe your reason for cancellation and click on the "Request Cancellation" button
